Buying a house from Jones Homes was a huge mistake. They simply don't seem to care about doing a good job. The quality of workmanship on our house was dreadful. We had over 80 snags, some of which were quite serious (e.g. gas and water leaks). Getting things sorted took well over a year of repeated requests and complaints, and we eventually had to involve the NHBC. We just had to give up on other issues because it wasn't worth the stress and hassle. There were widespread problems affecting most (possibly all) houses on the development. Nobody I've spoken to would buy from Jones Homes again.
