My wife bought a Renault scenic from Jim, there were a few issues with the car, but I must praise Jim for all of the effort he went to to get everything sorted out in a timely fashion. He even organised a free of charge lone car when he had the scenic. Thanks Jim.

Absolutely fantastic people to deal with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Have quite a few RE dealers much closer to home but am so glad we decided on a day out to visit Jones & Alcock. This afternoon Jim has dropped off a beautiful Classic 350 and we couldn't be happier. Will be taking the bike back to them for servicing - a round trip of over 110 miles but after spending an hour at the workshop last weekend I saw that they are dyed in the wool enthusiasts that care about the product & customer rather than just chasing sales figures - a rare thing these days ☺️👍

Just bought a new Enfield Interceptor and a secondhand Himalayan, part ex'ed a couple of my bikes , Jim gave me a great deal on the part ex's. bought from him before. often change my bikes and Jones & Alcocks alway worth a look, plenty of stock interesting selection of used bikes , Jims a Nice bloke always up for a deal.
