Despite being very busy on a Saturday morning, and this being a fairly trivial request, I was treated as though I had just bought the most expensive glasses in the shop. Great customer service and friendly staff. And thanks for fixing my glasses.

Eye tests and buying spectacles, always been a rudimentary exercise for me.. much like a trip to the supermarket. Not so at Jonathan Bryan’s ! More like a visit to the Ritz - 5 star service throughout.. and now I can see the world with great clarity. Thanks to the staff, who all seem to be ‘In concert’ with each other , me and the other clients there. Christine presented a range of current and classical examples from a unique collection. No stone left unturned , guiding me with her charm and professional knowledge to my , now, prized Cartier spectacles.. thank you! The optician was most assiduous in his analysis of my eyes and accurate with the final prescription -never had that before. Maria , who presides over the business ,sets the warm , friendly tone - it was nice to see her staff chatting and catching up with clients like they were friends , during my visits there, smiles all round! Nice also, to sit in a comfortable and interesting environment - lovely leather chairs and works of art to look at on the walls... shall be back. Thanks , Brian

I have been a customer now for nearly 40 years. I would not go anywhere else for my eye care. I recently had some issues with my eyes, picked up by Maria on one of my contact check ups. The Care and attention I received was brilliant , after 3 months of monitoring the issue Maria finally gave me the all clear, yippee....I can finally get back to my contacts....I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan Bryan Opticians, they are fab...
