    Well, after losing my beautiful wife not so long ago, I decided to use Jonathan Terry to arrange her funeral. I went in to discuss the arrangements at their premises and were met by Ben, from start to finish he was amazing. He organised everything I wanted with a smile and grace. I don’t like to talk about money at these times, but I will say the price was very good indeed for what I wanted. My wife wanted a cremation, he organised Diane the Celebrant to conduct the funeral, she was so very lovely and the entire service went like clockwork (I’ve made a review for her separately) From start to finish they were very sincere and the funeral went exactly as I wanted. The entire staff I dealt with including Jonathan himself were extremely progressional, kind and nothing was too much. Special mention has to return to Ben, he’s an asset to this company and I will never forget his kindness and professionalism in dealing with me at such a hard time. Thank you all so very much.

    I cant thank Jonathan Terry enough for their help and support at such a difficult time. My mum passed away before her time and as next of kin I had very little experience of arranging a funeral and all that it entails. The team at Jonathan Terry Peartree were incredibly compassionate and helpful and the service we received from Debbie and Ben was so professional but supportive and kind. Ben in particular went above and beyond and answered every query I could have possibly had. I'll be returning should I ever need to in the future and will recommend to others.

The funeral director premises are beautiful - just like a lovely hotel - they certainly know & understand what quality customer service is all about. On the day of the funeral, Matthew was again amazing - with people commenting on how outstanding Jonathan Terry Funeral Directors were. We had chosen a horse racing coffin for our dad & Matthew said we would not be disappointed............He was right - it was just perfect. As was the day, with the help of Matthew & his team.
