I had 6 sessions with Kate for my injured knee. She very proficiently explained the problem , taught me exercises , administered Acupuncture and her additional good advice has more than helped . . A few weeks ago I could only hobble ..now I am walking quite well and have returned to the gym My life has almost returned to normal and I am trying to regularly keep up the exercise routine . Just had 6 sessions with Nick here, he has been amazing never did i imagine i would be back to feeling normal after my car accident i would recommmend to anyone he is professional and knowledgeable i wont hesitate to come back here if i have any more problems in the future.
