We were very happy with the excellent customer service provided by Dan Stone and team at Jonathon Alcock. He had a 'can do' attitude and was warm, compassionate and efficient. They arranged a celebrant, Susan Blackshaw, who was also fantastic and so supportive and helpful throughout. I liked the transparency of pricing, which is all there on the website. The company is a family firm, which shows in their ethos and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to other families.

They are an independent firm, and a valued part of their local community.
