I was dealing with Mr Mathew Barks, who was helpful and reassuring, however; alarmed bells started when I had to appear in court. Everything went from defending me to how much money have I got, correspondence had been slow and then became terrible. However; Julia Morgen partner was very nice and professional, but passed my case to Beverley Mace Senior Legal Clerk who ignored all my questions and concerns. It took over a week to get the Police discloser and again the ethos was on money. Furthermore Beverly disgracefully gaslighted me with “we have other clients” it appeared she had no consideration for my stress and suffering. I felt this firmed, purely saw me as a file number and bank account only, I immediately withdraw them from my case and found an amazing barrister and KC.
