Fantastic service, outstanding suit quality and an exceptional attention to detail. From the first initial call to dropping the suits back off, you guys completely delivered. All the suits had little alterations so they fitted perfectly and other places are off the peg and good luck...... you guys are THE best without a doubt. Really wish I was writing a more positive review, our experience at Jon Paul ruined my fiancé's suit buying experience. Despite having booked an appointment weeks in advance, there was large party already in the shop and we certainly felt forgotten about. Everything brought out for my fiancé to try on was many sizes too large, such as a 38 instesd of a 32. We were told that a lot of the stock was out at weddings at the moment so they didn't have much in?! It was an absolute waste of our Saturday to travel to the shop and the customer service was very much lacking.

Arrived in Derby, from Scotland, with only half a kilt (Our shop never packed it all as they should have) When I arrived there in a panic, and freaking out that my son wouldn’t be equipped for the wedding the following day…The ladies in the shop put me right at ease. They didn’t have what I was needing, but they phoned about, and found what I was needing, in BIRMINGHAM!!! I didn’t know how to get there, so the lady in the shop told me she would go, and to come back in an hour, and she would have me sorted. An hour later, my phone rang, and I was told to come collect ❤️ They made my day, completely. Totally above and beyond what they had to do Would recommend this shop a million times over ❤️ Thank you again for all your help ladies

Despite having three years to prepare for his wedding he left it to the very last minute to sort the one job he had to do. However, despite having to fit out a 3 year old and an OAP like myself, the team got us sorted. Very accommodating throughout the process and got everything spot on. Saturdays are busy so book an appointment. Suits were amazing and we all looked great.
