Jon recently delivered the service for my brother Andrew's funeral. Throughout the process, from our initial face-to-face meeting (on his day off) to the final delivery, Jon was compassionate, empathetic and helpful in how he dealt with us. One of my first concerns was how I would manage to read the eulogy. Jon reassured me that I would be able to get through it. He would step in if needed, but not take over as it was important I gave the tribute, even if there were a few glitches. When we went to look at the chapel, he gave useful, practical suggestions. Importantly we felt Jon understood what our brother was like and reflected this in the service. We had very positive feedback from members of the congregation about what a beautiful service they had attended. Our family would highly recommend Jon for any service you are considering.

Jon was a breath of fresh air in my hours of darkness at the sudden loss of my husband Bob. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was in constant contact in the week leading up to the service to arrange exactly what I wanted. He has such a calming manner about him. The service itself was so beautifully conducted, even through my tears he put me at ease. It was a pleasure for him to conduct the service for us. Everyone commented afterwards at what a wonderful ceremony it was. He even rang me the next day to check that I was doing ok.
