I'm so glad I discovered this place through a Facebook marketplace listing! We got a great discount on some bookcases which were essentially new, but heavily discounted - I think they'd previously been display models. They look amazing in our home and there was loads of stuff in the warehouse to look at, so lots of deals to be had. Jomin was also super friendly, quick to reply, and carried the bookcase out to the car for us. 10/10 service!

Complete waste of time. I bought an item described as "New" on Ebay and went to collect. I asked more than once for reassurance that there was no damage and that it wasn't a shop return before travelling. I was reassured that the item has been checked and was like new. When I arrived the seller had even opened the package and and had pre-checked it for me. He took me over to have a look. On closer examination it was found there was three areas of damage, the factory box was taped up with different kinds of tape (i.e. it was a customer return). Vague excuses such as "it must have been our delivery people". He immediately cancelled the Ebay purchase there and then. I voiced by dissatisfaction having wasted 2.5 hours of time and about £25 of fuel. Cannot be trusted. No doubt there will be an excuses full response from the seller. Ignore it, he is full of vague excuses.
