After having my machine serviced last Summer, it developed a problem. I rung Jomi and took some pictures on my phone to show what the problem was. The gentleman had a good look at my machine and couldn't see any obvious problems, but made a couple of suggestions as to what I could do to rectify the problem....Thank you so much, problem solved and I will change my needles regularly!!! :)

Might I suggest you make it clear to your customers that you will not undertake repairs without charging a £75 service on top. You would also get a better review from me if you didn't get so angry when I queried the bill. Yes, you gave the cash back to me, but it was done in temper and not to rectify your mistake.

Proceed with caution! Be clear about what you want done. I asked for a repair and was given a full service as well. When I asked why the bill was so high, I was told they would not do a repair without a full service. The man was very snappy with me and when we went with the cash to collect the machine, he virtually threw it at my husband. His manner was aggressive and unfriendly. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I would not feel inclined to recommend them.

I had broken my sewing machine and thought I would have to buy a new one. I looked online and found these two gentlemen who not only agreed to look at it but fixed all in a week. They were very nice people and explained and showed what had gone wrong. They also found me another piece of equipment that I really wanted and asked me if I want it also, needless to say I came home with 2 machines. I personally would give them 100☆ out of 100. If you need a fix or even just a service talk to these gentlemen
