Had some good some bad. A new Cosatto wow XL Pram purchased over £500 paid via friends and family had issues with handle callapsing on one side. Car seat was supposed to be factory second looked like it was second hand was battered and scuffed underneath and had no instructions all padded straps where off when arrived I didn't know how to put it together. Had to inbox and complain get new straps and new head rest sent as they where dirty as well as instructions I Wasn't happy. I also ordered new toddler bed guards it arrived no box and no instructions.

100% recommend this store for all families. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. We had help from Dave who talked us through a Nuna pram system helping us feel confident about what we brought was right for us. The store has lots of other stuff too so we brought some other things like a next to me and rocking chair. Give this store a visit and you won’t be disappointed.

Brought my whole travel system with them, when my pram arrived there was a missing cup holder was sent a universal cup holder and not the Noordi branded one as seen on the pram in their shop, hood of my car seat had a horrible paw print on and not the logo as seen on the car seats in their shop. Also brought two travel cots on in which was broken. Lovely shop and soo accommodating pre sale but after sales isn’t so great also you felt as if I was miss sold my pram which is a disappointing experience.

Visited today for the first time with the plan of looking at Travel Systems. We were recommended Jolly Tots by an unknown couple in Merry Hill - and we are glad they did. We came away with several items for our baby who is due soon, all very well priced and good products. Excellent customer service from Ricky - who greeted us and also demonstrated several products for us to look at. Would visit again and have also recommended to friends.
