Excellent communication and Roger opened the workshop at the weekend because I could not get there during the week. It turned out there was not much wrong with my accordion so rather than "take my money" he spot tuned it while I was there. I tried out another accordion and was very happy to pay £45 for the spot tuning. I also got lots of helpful business and musical tips-thoroughly recommended.
