Both my husband and I are extremely disappointed with our most recent experience with Jolliman. My husband has been a customer for many years, ordering the same work trousers. We placed the order for his trousers with the same code as previously purchased, but when they arrived we discovered that they had changed the fit of the trousers so they no longer fit him. I contacted Jolliman who said they had found the old style and so we organised an exchange. When we received the replacement trousers, they had resent the same trousers. I contacted them again and was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service. I was told numerous times that I would get a call back but I had to keep chasing them up. I eventually spoke to a manager who sent out a pair of different trousers to try but these were no good, especially as the length was incorrect. I sent back all of the trousers for a full refund, but I had to contact them on more than one occasion to chase up a refund for the return postage costs. This has finally been processed but I'm waiting for it to go back into our account along with the original refund. This whole process has taken over a month to resolve and we will not be shopping with Jolliman again in the future.

Ordered some charcoal trousers by Jolliman and I didn't get the right size, (label said the size I wanted but actual trousers length was too long) that I ordered in first place on 3rd March. Poor customer service, refusing to accept their fault instead giving poor excuses by Jolliman staff saying "I was dealt with agency staff (at Jolliman) who made me a false promise by offering new express delivery and refund the postage on return items" . Never received refund and no express delivery either. I received the trousers today but in black colour. 😡 Surely, will never deal with this company again in future. Bad service provider! I have ordered clothing and footwear for my father and myself from this company on a number of occasions. Quality and pricing very good. My last order was a little problematic as some items were out of stock and when Jollimans received them they were not as ordered! Communication was very good. I was offered alternatives or a refund. Order finally fulfilled. The customer service team were excellent. Would recommend!

I have been a long-time customer of this company but I will no longer be giving them any custom. My recent experience has been nothing short of disgraceful. This is 7th May yet part of an order that I placed at the beginning of April has still not arrived. Today I spoke to an employee who told me my order was delivered to an address I haven’t lived at for the past year and a half. They were informed of my new address a year and a half ago! When I tried to say this my call was abruptly terminated! Jolliman, you have lost a valuable customer!!
