He has explained why my garments were not hanging correctly and how to correct this on pattern pieces. Initially this was just a full bust adjustment but he has since shared many hints and tips and I have really appreciated his help and time. This has made such a difference to the way I am able to create my own clothes to suit my body shape. It is invaluable for a relatively inexperienced sewist to receive this mentorship. I really wanted to support a small business in the area and their work seemed high quality. However after approaching them and being talked down to and treated quite rudely, I can not recommend this shop to anyone. I hesitated leaving a review at the time, but a different professional has reassured me nothing I wanted done was unusual or deserving of the response I received. // The response truly speaks for itself. I'm not surprised by the glowing reviews if this businesses attacks and removes anyone with a negative experience. Truly unprofessional. The shop had bluish greyish walls, silver metal hand rails with a glass panel and lots of knick-knacks on the shelves. I believe the floors were light wood color.
