Absolute scam artists in my humble opinion. 2 much anticipated items ordered 08/2022 and never arrived in Australia. Platitudes initially offered for delays - among lame excuses for a business who should know about production choke points and nothing ever received. Out of pocket over one hundred pounds sterling, disappointed not to have been able to wear my goodies at the USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbour and .... no responses to repeated emails for the goods or a full refund either. My advice...AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If I was in UK, I'd be banging on their office doors! Service: Custom patch embroidery

Avoid avoid avoid. What an absolute scam. 5 weeks after I placed my order and I still haven’t received my item. After numerous emails and at least 50 calls, with absolutely zero response, I reported to trading standards and contacted my bank who will be looking into it for me. I am so furious as this was a present for my son who would have been over the moon. I wished I looked at the reviews before I placed the order as they are all the same. No goods and no contact or response. Disgusting

Should have been delivered in 10 days and took 3 months. Didn’t always reply to messages, when did said it had just been posted. 1 month later nothing had arrived so obviously a lie. Messaged again and apologised and said it was being sent and would include free gift. Requested a refund and didn’t get one, finally arrived 1 month later and no gift. Avoid. I wouldn’t give any stars if it was possible. My order has never arrived and my emails went unanswered. I only saw the reviews after I had ordered and was kicking myself when I read them.
