A EXCEPTIONALLY POOR & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE.Had been assured that Johnstone’s ONLY used their “professional “ team of men, what was offered did NOT happen. Two young students pulled in & had no idea. Didn’t cover items as promised with covers ie mattresses, sofa etc. Dumped items anywhere rude & cheeky, late arrival both days, had been booked in to do other removals Sent email to David Johnstone re events of day & unhappy with the shambolic service. As yet no reply, avoid this company Service: Local moving
