Recently purchased an approved used VW golf and Karim Carugati was the sales rep. Honestly cannot fault his service. Sent me a very informative video of the car the same day I expressed interest. Pointed out a few things on the car that needs work, which after the deposit was paid, fully repaired in a timely manner. I had a few demands to which he had no issues in sorting out. Overall a good purchase experience. Still a couple of things that needs sorting out but I trust that the folks at this branch will see to rectify. 10/10 experience.

Really happy with johnsons VW and our new car. We first popped in just really to have a look at the Tiguan boot space. I was introduced to Adrian after walking into the showroom after speaking to the receptionist who was more than happy to help. I described to Adrian we just wanted to look at the boot space as we was thinking of leasing one, he said no problem and grabbed a set of keys. Hey then opened up the car for us and left us to have a look which is what i loved, no pushy sales like most car dealerships. We then started to walk back. I asked Adrian if he knew roughly what we would pay on the car through them. He asked if we had 5 minutes to sit down and he would sort a quick quotation out. He did, we then booked in for appointment with Scarlett. Scarlett was excellent and went through all different options to purchase the vehicle in detail. We also went for the gap insurance, smart insurance and paint protection. She then kept us updated during email which was our preference of communication. The purchase of our vehicle went brilliantly and there was no delays. It was an excellent experience, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpfull. I loved that there was no pushey sales like weve experienced in the past, they give you time to think about your desicion. Will be definetly getting servicing and mot done at this place. Thank you so much Scarlett and Adrian for welcoming us and helping us to purchase our Tiguan.
