Been into VW Stoke today. Was in there 20ish minutes.. not one person came to us, we wanted to look/test drive the Tiguan.. 3 salesman (sat chatting and drinking there coffee) and one receptionist.. ended up asking the receptionist what the specs/prices were… she advised and then said it’s all online. You can build your own… VW, you need to look at your staff and customer service levels because you’ve just lost a potential 40k sale
