    Make up prices, overcharge vs what VW states. Check your Invoice!! We recently got our Golf serviced at Redditch Volkswagen. Despite the website clearly advertising fixed pricing across VW (in this case £364), Johnsons attempted to charge us £419 with no explanation. Admittedly, when I raised this they happily changed it, but it appears that Johnsons are going against VW and exploiting customers in the cost of living crisis. Check your invoice! We were also told to pick the car up by 5pm. We heard nothing so arrived for 4:50pm and the car still was not ready. So the experience wasn't great. But to be fair, the car was cleaned well inside and out (shout out to the hard working valet) and the service manager we dealt with was very friendly.
