Went to look at a car on Sunday. Very clear that we needed to be somewhere after the test drive. Kept saying it won’t be long. Son was upset as we were late due the occasion he’d been looking forward to all week. Said they would email quote within the hour. They didn’t. Left a message to ring back. I rang back someone answered saying ‘just wait!’ then hung up.
