Bought Skoda Superb L&K hybrid from Wolverhampton, after 6 months when charging hybrid it flattened the 12v just got fobbed off to Telford branch! Telford had it in 7 times and they gave up as couldn’t find any fault! 😡 I went to Stourbridge branch they were determined to find a fault and they did 😊 Chloe receptionist was brilliant as was Simon…. Found out it was the entertainment centre at fault…. This was replaced and problem solved 😊 Update…. Lasted 5 days and failed again! I was advised to reject car….. it’s 12 months now and still same problem, they are sending the car to Milton Keynes to Skodas service dept! It’s currently been at Skoda Stourbridge for over 2 weeks….. NOT fit for the purpose! 😡😡 they offered me a replacement 2nd hand car!! They can put that where the sun don’t shine!! 🙄

I have been trying for over a week to get through to their service department - you either can't get through or get cut off - if you try another number or department, you may be lucky enough to find someone interested enough or bothered to take a message and your number (MAY BE!), but don't hold your breath, and definitely don't expect to get that call returned, despite their assurances - I gave up in the end and went to another Skoda dealership - much much better there.

Excellent service at the W’ton dealership from reception to the lads in the workshop, communications from the service department was excellent advising me on the progress of a tailgate water Ingres repair. I would suggest faster phone response times would help though. Thanks guys.
