DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL FLEECE YOU! I visited Skoda Stourbridge in December to purchase a part-exchange vehicle (Mercedes) and dealt with a salesman called Nick. Vehicle was delivered to me but was filthy with crumbs everywhere, dust and scuff marks. Spoke to nick who was really helpful and he offered to pay for the valet. I was told by Nick that he could 'guarantee' me that I would not have any issues with the car for at least a year....(I should of known then not to trust this dealership as i've never known a car salesman to make promises like that). Two months later the amber engine light appeared, spoke to Skoda and they asked me to get a diagnostic completed (at my own cost) and then see if the absolutely rubbish RAC cover they provide will cover the cost of repair. It didn't, so they offered to take it to a mechanic. I specified that i would like it to be taken to a Mercedes specialist mechanic but this did not happen, the in-house mechanic changed the wipers, cleared the engine light of the dash board and sent it back to me. Surely enough, 3 days later the engine late came up again and the car lost power. Skoda initially refused to fix or even look at the car and i had to seek legal advice. I eventually spoke to the Brand Manager (David hall) who was sarcastic and made numerous unprofessional remarks such as 'you brought a second hand car, what did you expect'. What i expect is to buy a vehicle of a satisfactory standard, and to receive some basic respect when being spoken to as a customer. Eventually the Brand Manager said that he would not fix it because the part would take too long to come (my suspicion is that they did not want to pay for repair). I asked for a refund and returned the courtesy car but they then took another 2 weeks before even processing the refund. Wouldn't bother wasting your time here - poor customer service, rude and sarcastic staff, no after sale care. Currently in the process of pursuing a civil matter for the time and money that has been wasted including days i could not attend work due to being sold a faulty vehicle. Other than this - the service was fantastic! :) Go Skoda Stourbridge!

The only thing I didn't like was not having a test drive I would have thought I would have one having ordered a £40,000 car. Still, if ot doesn't stand up to my expectations I won't sign for it.

I visited Skoda stourbridge as i needed a new car ASAP. I walked in with a budget set in mind, never did i think that i would have got exactly what i wanted for my budget! I was greeted by nick, who is amazing! I told him a brief description of what i was after and every car he showed me hit the nail on the head, a few tweaks with models etc to get me what i wanted for my price. His communication is 10/10. So friendly, not pushy at all which to be honest is what made me say yes to the vehicle! Nick gave me excellent customer service, and is a great asset to the team at skoda. Raman was also excellent, his communication is great also and sorted any issues with no trouble but all the sales team gents/ladies are so friendly! If for any reason nick wasn't available they made sure to pass on my message and he always returned my call. Loving my new car! Thankyou so much . Buying my car has been a straight through and enjoyable process. Nick your 5 star
