We arranged to test drive a Skoda Scala at Redditch, with Jordan, on Monday 1st May. Jordan was very helpful and professional, and explained the “tech” functions in the car, before the test drive. We were very impressed with the car, and paid a deposit, and Jordan arranged for the car to be valeted, and prepared, ready for handover on Friday 5th. We were given a fair offer for the part exchange of our 12 year old car, and were very pleased with the way the whole process was handled. We would definitely recommend Johnsons Skoda Redditch, and would have no hesitation in buying from them again in the future.

Purchased a car from Johnsons recently, was met by a polite guy called Adrian If I remember correctly. He helped guide me through the process of what car to get as I was indecisive, in the end he helped me find the right car for my needs. Before the paperwork process began I had to finalise a few things but Adrian went onto anual leave by the time i had sorted it so a young lad called Jordan filled in for Adrian. Again very polite and professional, any issues / concerns I had was dealt with quickly and efficiently I honestly can't recommend this place enough, they are a great bunch of people who work there and nothing is ever to much of an ask. Also once purchased the car was cleaned inside and out before I picked it up, I have never seen a second hand car look virtually brand new from a dealership before and i have purchased a few from different dealerships. Highly recommend if anyone is after a skoda in redditch or looking to buy one, definitely 5 stars from me

Took my car in for a service and won't be returning. I've been charged for a requested brake fluid change but then the service book says it hasn't been carried out, so I don't know if it was actually done. Car had MOT carried out 14 days earlier (150 miles) and sailed through with no issues (1 advisory for a fitted cover) - Johnsons have returned the car to me and told me that the car requires over £2000 work to rectify issues which would have been highlighted at the MOT (Brakes, suspension components). Seems interesting that an independent garage thinks the car is safe when carrying out an MOT but a main dealer thinks its a dangerous vehicle. For piece of mind I had my car checked by an independent garage who found no issues with the car. The used face mask left in the vehicle was another unwanted present. The booking process was also difficult- didn't listen to the date I wanted the work doing and tried to book the date the MOT was due when I wasn't able to do. Then when they did get the date right I had to call and check as I didn't receive the confirmation message which they told me I would. But to finish on a positive - they did a good job of washing my vehicle
