Charlotte has been amazing through out the whole process, with regular updates and the hand over was an amazing experience! Charlotte is a very knowledgeable, professional, and most of all a very friendly sales person, who has a lot of time to inform and explain aspects of the watch, and went the extra mile to ensure i was completely happy with the purchase before i left the premises. overall, this was a very enjoyable experience!
