Excellent service and communication from Jack Rawlings, with me buying a pre reg Compass from 80 miles away. Very poor after sales service, I should have proof of 3 years free servicing, but all I get is excuses, wasting my time keep contacting them. No response from owner after my negative review.

I’ve just bought my third jeep from Johnson’s in Swindon. I wasn’t probably going to get another Jeep but the salesman, Jack Rawlings, changed my mind. He was superb from the word go and I decided on a Renegade. Throughout the whole purchase experience Jack kept me informed and it was a stress free process. I’m very happy with my car and can’t praise Jack highly enough.

After 3 years of consistent disappointment and terrible customer service @ Johnsons Jeep in Swindon, I took my Jeep to Thames Jeep in Slough today instead... who were fantastic - accommodating, kind, listened to what I wanted fixed, gave me an office to work in & a cup of tea and most importantly didn't smirk or as I have long suspected, lie to me about what and when I needed parts replacing. Couldn't recommend Johnson's Jeep Swindon less, will never use again. I don't write reviews, but genuinely have never been more infuriated or upset by a garage before.

Having an interest in possibly buying a Jeep SUV I called in to Johnson's Swindon when passing randomly. It was a pleasure deal with Jack Rawlings who arranged everything from a Test Drive right through to making a purchase. Follow up enquiries were promptly dealt with and the entire process was unexpectedly easy. Although buying a second hand Jeep Renegade, I plan to buy a new one and will definitely return to Jeep Swindon.

I have just recently brought a Jeep Renegade from Johnson’s. I popped in out of the blue and was dealing with a sales person called Jack Rawlings. He managed to find me a car that was perfect for me not only because it had everything that I want on it, but also got it within my budget. I will definitely be back in the future for another Jeep and will hopefully be dealing with Jack again.
