FAQ

What are the different types of hot tubs available and which one would be best suited for my needs?

There are several types of hot tubs available, including portable, inflatable, and acrylic. Portable hot tubs are a great option if you want the flexibility to move your hot tub around your property. Inflatable hot tubs are a more affordable option that can be easily stored away when not in use. Acrylic hot tubs are a more permanent option that can be customized to your specific needs. The best type of hot tub for you will depend on your budget, available space, and desired features.

What materials are used to construct the hot tub and how long will it last?

Hot tubs are typically constructed using materials such as acrylic, wood, or fiberglass. Acrylic hot tubs are the most popular due to their durability and resistance to cracking and fading. Wood hot tubs can last a long time if they are well-maintained, but may require more upkeep than other materials. Fiberglass hot tubs are a more affordable option but may not last as long as acrylic or wood. The lifespan of a hot tub will depend on the quality of the materials used and how well it is maintained.

What is the warranty on the hot tub and what does it cover?

The warranty on a hot tub will vary depending on the manufacturer and model. Most hot tubs come with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a certain period of time. Some warranties may also cover certain parts or components of the hot tub. It's important to read the warranty carefully to understand what is covered and for how long.

DO NOT USE.... Shambolic service, New tub delivered end of May, questioned the pumps buts was assired thats how they should work....2 days later started leaking and another pump stopped working.... numerous cancelled appointments. Eventually agreed a full refund, followed by another cancellation, now waiting for collection that was agreed for the 1st job of the day but the team aren't answering their phones.... they also remove negative reviews.from their face book page... Horrendous company.

Non existent customer service. Lost count the number of times engineers have called to fix a fault and not had the parts on board or weren't even told what the faults were before arriving. Been waiting 6 months to have a leak fixed. Never receive calls or replies to emails. Happy to take your money in the first instance to buy the tub but customer support is appalling.

Ok so i almost never leave a review unless the service is exceptional or so poor its annoyed me, that i spent money on fuel to get there. Unfortunately its the later, went to the Maidstone branch first and Roxy was very helpful advising the Whitstable would have a demonstration model of the hot tub we were looking for. Arrived at Whitstable a couple of hours later, walked in and browsed, asked for assistance from one of the two gentlemen in store. Helpful but struggled with the product knowledge but began asking the second gentleman who sat behind a laptop the whole time for advice. He was uninterested, unhelpful, rude and the worst of all clueless! Glad we saw this first hand rather than parting with £18000! What a shame for a seemingly good choice of company have staff who can ruin the purchase like that. As always make your own opinion and purchase wisely!
