Initial sales fine, delivery fine, aftersales and customer service are appalling. Nothing short of a shambles. Tub was delivered with a fault in Feb, only replaced the part last week (Sep) after months of waiting and multiple visits from them turning up without the part only to blame the other departments. Then to receive a call this morning and say the part was on order and someone would be in touch to fit it - although it was already done last week. Save yourself hassle, use someone else.

After 2 years of reading Jenny H's poor review I feel I must respond. I was the person you spoke to. You were waiting outside my office whilst I dealt with a customer who was purchasing a hot tub. Whilst you were waiting your body language was aggressive, standing there with your arms folded staring intently at me. I finished up with my client and you stormed at me, stating you were 'here to see your swim spas and large hot tubs...' I started by saying, quite correctly, that details of our swim spa models might be found online but you completely shut me down shouting 'Oh, I've got to go online, have I..? and stormed off... The gentleman standing behind you waiting patiently to purchase some spa chemicals expressed his amazement to me at your attitude, saying 'Blimey, what's wrong with her..?' I served him and then you stormed back again aggressively shouting at me about how rude I had been! Well, frankly I wouldn't want you as a customer. How had I been rude, exactly?

Quite possibly the worst company you could buy a hot tub from! the sales team are great as they want to get their fat little fingers on your money! Our issue is the aftercare. The customer support team do little to resolve issues and are quite frankly rude, the guys that come out to do the repairs give the impression they don't want to be there and everything is someone else’s fault. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Extremely rude and unhelpful man, I do hope he owns the company because if he is an employee he is costing his employer money with his attitude. Having taken the trouble to go along to the showroom with our masks on and asking if someone could help with my choices for a large hot tub versus swimspa I was abruptly told "It's all online"! Why on earth do they bother having a showroom?? Also, I have been to Nottcutts previously and witnessed a lady taking a lot of time with a customer explaining their options. In fact, I'm sure the same was happening today further into the unit. I was left very upset and felt as if my custom wasn't wanted. I would avoid this place like the plague and I'm sure the owner of Nottcutts would be interested to hear about my experience. Unfortunately I can't put a minus star rating and I have to give at least 1 star in order for this to go online! There are many other hot tub showrooms in Kent and I highly recommend anyone go elsewhere.
