    Salesman Jamie was very nice, although more than a few times failed to return calls. Sales manager Danny is a stereotypical car salesman. If they’re going to be selling financial products I think they could probably do with more training, I think unfair to expect this grade of car salesmen to sell financing. Premises are nice and spacious with on-site parking. A few minor issues at handover but they did rectify them. I’d say down to a lack of attention to detail and possibly care. Apparently they sell 500 cars in March and September and don’t have time. Don’t think I’d use them again after my experience.

    This is for the parts department, tried to order parts, telephoned and emailed items needed. It's over a week ago now still waiting for a reply but and have gone elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

In addition I have used them for servicing for the last 4-5 years and the service department led by Kevin has been faultless, always accommodating, willing to help and explain things clearly. Highly recommended

    I visited Johnson Honda to get my CRV lock nut. I made an enquiry about it and Mr Gary Layton was not very helpful and completely ignored anything I said. I realised and move to other Honda they have done job. I think Mr Gary completely let me down

Habeeb D & Raja N supported / guided wonderfully through the sales and finance processes respectively, both have been very patient with all my queries and their response has always been comprehensive and professional. Sales manager Danny M was also helpful, managed to secure my preferred colour which I wasn't getting from other dealers without long wait. Hope I get similar experience with services too when time comes. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
