Had to keep chasing for updates after Johnsons said they'd call back; turns out they couldn't find the right parts and gave up without bothering to let me know. I asked what the parts were so I have something to move forward with after waiting for ages, they agreed to but now won't answer the phone nor reply to email. If you can't do the job it's fine, but don't waste peoples time and blag it. The guy on phone tried to help, so this review is 1 star and not ' would be a 0'.

Found them very professional. They stuck to the quote, even though i did change my mind several times (whilst they was doing the job). One of the windows was a real pig of a job and the weather was awful but they just carried on. They cleaned up after themselves and we was very happy with the quality of the works. Highly recommend.
