I have been with johnsons for 8 years. I have always found them very helpful and efficient. I recently entered a new contract with them for a further 4 years and whilst there were teething problems both Jack and Simon did their very best to resolve the issues we faced, giving me a complimentary hire car whilst my new car was delayed. Appaling service. Used last year as it was very good. Cant sqme the same for this year after having the car in Friday 6th of Jan all came back fine. Sat morning the engine warning emmisons light came on no coincidence. After trying to get hold of them Monday early am I went in waited 2hrs for diagnostic for them to say not there doing and to go to my car dealer. They broke my car and will now cost me £500 to get nox sensor that they broke fixed. Disgusted

Johnsons Swindon has gone above and beyond helping with my car. I bought second hand from them and experienced a couple of problems that they didn’t hesitate to correct. The customer service has been more than outstanding and can’t thank them enough for everything they have done. When purchased, they were extremely thorough, everything went smoothly and quickly and received constant communication when needed. Despite a couple of set backs, through no fault of their own, it had been dealt with immediately and corrected asap. 10/10, best garage/dealership I have been to and would 100% purchase another car from them. Jack Rawlings at Johnsons Fiat Swindon has the patience of a saint. My initial enquiry was met with a speedy response and I received a video of the vehicle I was interested in before I had even finished work the same day. Due to always being at work, getting back to him and responding on my end was slower than what he is probably used to. Me being me, the annoying person I am, requested a few things. This was once again met with a speedy response and professionalism. Before making the purchase I attended the branch, went for a test drive and felt comfortable knowing I was dealing with a good person at a great company. Management seemed nice too - I had some engagement with them also. I've had the vehicle for just over a month now and it's been a pleasure to drive. The car was delivered by a nice chap and on the day/time stated. Jack, you are an asset to the company and I predict you will go far. Thank you for everything! Wishing you all the best!
