Unprofessional. This is my experience of Johnsons Fiat Professional Swindon.. I booked a van in for a service, It was a call centre and not all of the information was passed on to the service dept. I asked for a courtesy car, it was ready but had so little fuel in it I barely got to a filling station, that is not courteous. I picked up my van at the end of the day, it had not been cleaned (something I have grown used to at other garages but perhaps not all dealers do this now?) They had not fixed the fault, when I asked why he said "I don't know, if you want to fix it and bring it back we can clear the fault code for you" They are not professional, they are not even remotely professional, polite or helpful in any way. I would not recommend Johnsons for servicing. t
