Sales team seem great but the Service department let them down massively, car has been in 5 times with the same problem and still having the issue, once leaving me without a car for over 4 days and no one seemed to care basically saying it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they could do so had to pay over £200 to get it recovered home before they reluctantly got it recovered to them. They never answer their phones and will never call you back when they say they will, even as I write this I'm waiting for a call back to see if the work on my car has been completed as I'm meant to be picking it up today. I understand Alfas are notorious for their reliability issues but as a main dealer you should be equipped to deal with them and above all at least have some kind of customer service, still haven't even had an apology.

Shame the rating isn't broken down into more detail for the rating so I've averaged it by giving a 3. The sales part would have been a 5 from Jack he was professional, not pushy and he was keen to find the best solution for me. The service deal was really good. Unfortunately when I collected the car the wrong number plate had been put on the car. When I noticed 3 days later and took the car back it was swiftly changed and no damage was done but this sort of thing shouldn't happen.

I have had 4 brand new Alfa Giulia QVs now and brought them all to Johnson's for servicing. Unfortunately this dealer has proved incapable of anything beyond routine maintenance so I will be looking for an alternative dealer despite the extra distance involved. Very depressing.

I have been using this Alfa dealer since August 2021 for both service and warranty work on a company vehicle. The service work has been fine but all of the defects I have had have returned shortly after each visit (TPMS false alerts and front parking sensors constantly coming on even when I am a fair distance from objects.) Today I received a call in advance of my booking to advise I would need to bring proof of insurance for the courtesy car or pay a fee of £14.95 for their cover. I turned up with a valid blanket corporate insurance certificate which clearly stated that it covered "ANY" vehicle I was legally responsible for and was using in connection with domestic or business purposes. The Service Manager would not accept the document so I queried it again and he took it to the Dealer Principle who also rejected the document. When I challenged this I was told it was against Johnsons Company Policy to accept any insurance certificate which did not specifically state the reg number of the courtesy car. So having waited 3 weeks for the booking and driven nearly an hour to get there they decide to demand a cover note which is not what I was told on the phone by the service advisor. My company does not cover this cost and rightly so, there was no need as their policy is valid for this use so I left the premises and will use a different dealer going forward nearer my work offices. All of this could have been avoided had they made it clear when they called me that they needed a specific cover note but in any case I have never had so much trouble with a courtesy vehicle with any other dealer.
