Simply Awful, had a 10am appointment booked for my wife to look at buying a new car today. Appointment was booked well in advance with Christabel, was turned away by rude salesman (who refused to show us any cars or deal with us, was more intrested in slagging off head office). Wife in tears as we were really looking forward to changing her car today. Will take our money elsewhere.
