Seriously every time I come across tiles that are not square or the same size it's your company. Why? Surely you can ask another manufacturer to let you guys do some work placement so you can get an idea of how to make tiles.

This company supply Wickes with tiles that state country of origin as UK but they are actually made in Turkey (imprint on reverse of tile) so this company is happy to contravene the Trades descriptions act with false information. Beware.

I ordered tiles online from Johnoson tiles a few times now. Most times my experience was good with tiles arriving quickly and matching what I expected. I ordered tiles in May and June and these 2 orders have been a nightmare with one of them still not being delivered even though it is now september and no communication about this order. When I phone people are really nice but certainly a better customer service can be expected. It's nice to order tiles made in England but you don't want Faulty Towers style service.
