Needs upgrading. Been here only a couple if times and everytime they are running late, and the last time they were so far behind they couldnt see me so i had to rebook for two weeks time! One doctor here has no social skills what so ever. I hate when admin book me here, rather than Hamilton branch.

Lady called Mahima is evil. Just a receptionist that thinks she's smart and sounds like a broken record when you're talking to her. She's only been working for a short time but is ruining the standards of the surgery. The manager reading this, get rid of her and protect what's left of the surgery's reputation!
