After paying the air delivery to Paris area, over two weeks later nothing received. At least 3 mails and several phone calls with the customer service in UK, who advised me to contact Ascendia in France. This time the voicemail indicates that the parcel was not yet handed over to Ascendia. So the money is out, the books not delivered and zero visibility if it will ever arrive.
