Terrible place to work with bullying management. Sack staff (cleaners, drivers, caretakers) before 2 years service as to not go through disciplinary procedure. Site unsafe with break ins with personal items being stolen. "Charity" refuse to help financially after being stolen from "locked" premises. School bus service being run without qualified transport manager ** in response** The magnetic gate to the school didn't shut, I have pictures. Far from safe for a school with pupils that are young. I was sacked with zero warning, no disciplinary procedure or chance of Representation. I have a son and a mortgage. Not very charitable. A member of my staff was picked on by senior management. I reported it to HR who told me to report it to the senior member of staff who was the bully. I have this on e mail. Nothing was done. A female teacher had been reduced to tears prior by the same senior member of staff. A driver was accused of an incident which he didn't do by the same senior member of management. He left the company and committed suicide months later. The member of staff that took over the running of the department was an ex St John's ambulance driver. Zero experience of running a transport department and could barely use a computer. I employed that person as a driver.

I've recently been involved in a little experience with these people regarding HR procedures. Absolutely incompetent and irrespective. Would say shame on all of them but they deserve to enjoy their low-end performance.
