Receptionist called Joanne has absolutely 0 customer service skills iam waiting on blood results coming back and in the process of dealing with other issues to be phoned up and told that I have moved address so there is nothing they can do for me and to contact another surgery and register when I ask just to stay at the address previously registered as I have two addresses she raised her tone and started shouting so I raised my tone back absolutely no need for a situation like this and this is the service we pay tax for😡

My experience of the practice can only be described as excellent. Very nice reception staff, practice nurses are great at follow up on chronic conditions, and the doctors' treatment and advice is first class. I cannot fault the online prescription service. It may take a wee while get through on the phone for a consultation but given the demand on the service, a bit of patience is required.

Quoted from one of the only answers from the owner "..telephones are very busy at 8am but our reception desk is open at this time as well if easier to come up to the surgery at 8am and book your appointment there. I hope this helps by giving you another option to book an appointment." Come one John Street that's incorrect information. I came in and the receptionist said I must call in same as other people have been told so its not just me. I write this not in hate or ager but to help. Sort this out you're making people even more sick with stress.

Dr leckie, a horrible being! First experience of being spoken down to, my health concerns overlooked, denied me blood tests, as 5days off feeling faint-age & fatigue wasn’t long enough. This man should never be a doctor. He didn’t care what my symptoms were. Only that he didn’t feel like anything was wrong with me, even tho I’m anaemic. The experience was traumatising. He hung up on me while I was explaining my concerns, jus like that. Offered me nothing. I was just brushed off. I’m still shook.

Dreadful service, can never get through to get an appointment and they hang up if you ask questions they do not like. They advise everyone to go to accident and emergency. No wonder hospitals are under pressure. Can't even get on line repeat prescriptions correct and I have had to go in person 3 times this week as they had missed 3 items, which I order regularly for my condition.
