The prices that are charged in this place are absolutely ridiculous. The work is made in rush and the attitude of owner is very bad, not only that i was underestimated and my knowledge but the audacity to charge for simple jobs prices like you service a car. I definitely think is a situation of power and taking advantage of the fact is the only bicycle shop in the area so people are quite stuck. It’s obviously the volume of work is over the capacity of this shop and the frustration can be felt in prices, attitude, atmosphere, customer service. I totally not recommend, and if you stuck try to ask for second opinion even if is a bit further it may save you the need to deal with negative attitude and frustration.

Amazing service from both John and Izzy. Walked in this morning and the bike was straight up on the stand, gears tweaked, wheel off and trued, bottom bracket and pedals changed. In and out in under 30 mins. Very rare to come across service like this, so without doubt I'd recommend Johns Cycles to anyone who can get there. Excellent job John and Izzy.
