Tollitt's are a family run directors with a very personal touch. My father is currently resting at Tollitt's and I cannot thank Matt enough for his kindness. There's a special thanks to James for looking after my dad so well. I was really worried about visiting Dad after a previous bereavement experience, and because of the time between Dad passing and arriving at the funeral premises. When we went to visit him earlier on today the family were so pleased that Dad had been looked after so well. The experience was a very positive experience for our family at such a sad time. We cannot praise the team at Tollitt's enough. From the moment we met with Paula she put the family at ease and we left that first meeting knowing that everything was going be done for mum professionally and respectfully. Paula kept in constant touch through the build up to the funeral and gently prompted us and guided us where it was appropriate. On the day of the funeral we were all put at ease again from them arriving at the house to ushering friends and family into the crematorium on what was a bitterly cold day. Thank you for your excellent service and kind and caring support.
