John Paynes, Cheylesmore acted for the vendor when I purchased a property recently. I found them friendly and professional throughout the process; Kieran Dixon and Liz showed me round the house (I had two viewings) and both of them were a delight to deal with. I didn't feel rushed like I have done with a lot of estate agents and they seemed very engaged in the process. Richard, the manager, was very friendly and relaxed but the person I had most interface with was Melanie Ryan, the sales progressor. She is very good at her job to the extent that I felt she was working for me. She always responded quickly to phone calls and emails and even chased up some details after the sale was completed. It was really nice to have such an approachable conduit between the vendor and myself. As a consequence I would recommend Cheylesmore Paynes to anyone.
