Terrible experience. Waited 3 weeks from original request for someone to come out to measure the windows. At the appointed time I had a 1 second missed call on my phone. I rang back immediately, no answer. 90 mins later said they had been to house and wouldn't accept they might have got the address wrong, when I said I wasn't sure I wanted to use them now he said 'well thanks for wasting my time' and put the phone down! So unprofessional. I don't know if the company is going downhill or it's just one person but be very careful with this company.

We had a conservatory built. We were extremely happy with the advice and service provided. Having never done anything like this before we were reliant on the advice given. Everyone working on the project turned up on time and were helpful and professional and very nice which is always a bonus. We will be using our new space a lot and have had numerous positive comments.

They managed the planning consent application and installation of 8 new windows very professionally. The fitter was on time, polite and efficient - even pointing out marks in the glass and ordering a new pane before I had noticed it myself. Would definitely recommend Service: Window installation

Fantastic professional service from very beginning they helped us through the whole process including navigating what was required to comply with conservation area and planning permission . Advising on every step of the process making it so much easier . They always stuck to promises and delivering exactly what they promised. On day installation they arrived on time and did fantastic job. As soon as there was an issue on site John arrived and immediately sorted issue and stayed himself to assist the installer to ensure job was completed on time and as promised. Very impressed and pleased. Totally recommended for a stress free professional job from start to finish.
