There is a lovely lady on the till who always has a smile and is polite and friendly would be good if she could train some of the other staff to have her manner. I wanted to hire the lorry which is £120 a day but was told that due to it being the bank holiday I would actually have to hire it for 4 days at a cost of £480 . So they expected me to pay £360 to store it for them I guess . But obviously that is their choice however the dismissive way I was treated wasn’t pleasant and I wouldn’t have left a review just based on that however have been in since and found them rude. My pet hate is bad customer service a smile and politeness costs nothing yet makes a huge difference. So for me I would rather go out of my way to be treated better which is a shame as I like to support local businesses.

Requested a quote to repair my Ilford trailer in January, they gave me an appointment for April. I brought the trailer todsy and they gave me a quote of over £ 3800 for the jobs needed and then reduced it to a mere £2700 after several in depth questions from my wife and I, but they told me they don't have room for me until July. On top of that I had to pay £60 just for the quote. I contacted another trailer mechanic and he assured me that at most I will have to spend £600 for the work he has to do and he can come to me in 2 weeks!! Absolutely to be avoided this place! Thanks goodness they didn't have space!

Biddenden petrol station what a disgusting attitude you have. Having filled up my car I drove off to realise no petrol had gone in. I returned to explain and they stood there and argued with me, dismissed my complaint and wouldn’t even look into it. I’ll be avoiding you forever!!! Ah yes, and then a follow up to explain it's all the customers fault. Did you speak to me correctly face-to-face...no, did you investigate at-all at the time or even believe me...no. The quantity apparently dispensed always increases the fuel level, I know because I do it all the time and I know it did not increase one iota. Perhaps if you would like to discuss this further you should have spoken to me with respect at the time! Further-more intermittent faults with technology can and do happen with frequency, I know because I am a technologist; perhaps you should open your minds to the customer being right, instead of having a belligerent dismissive attitude.
