Absolutely fantastic service! I ordered some wellies which were delivered very quickly, after a few months they developed a fault, John Norris sent a returns label and then replaces the boots very quickly without fuss, after a few months the replacement wellies developed the same fault and John Norris issues a full refund without any fuss. Top service and will definitely use John Norris again.
