John was absolutely excellent. He replied to my first email extremely quickly, and was able to go to the property for the survey within two weeks. He even suggested a cheaper option survey because it might be better suited to the house I was purchasing. The report he sent me was very easy to understand and very comprehensive. I had a small question about flooring and he was extremely kind and keen to provide explanations/support. It's always difficult to know who to rely on for surveys but I definitely recommend John! (A friend of mine had recommended him).

He was able to arrange the survey quickly and we received a comprehensive report soon after the survey was completed. He's answered our follow up questions fully and has generally been really helpful. Would highly recommend!

As first time buyers of an old house we had a lot of concerns about property issues we could be missing. The building survey carried by John Murphy clarified absolutely every point we asked about, plus bringing lots of small maintenance things into our attention, budgeting the costs of the repairs and maintenance costs and collecting multiple questions to be resolved by our solicitor. We couldn't be happier with the service.
