Stump grinder teeth. Paid extra for a Saturday delivery, waited in all day, they didnt turn up. They were needed for a job on the Monday which had to be postponed, hoping they would deliver on Monday for Tuesday's job. Attempted delivery but of course I was working so they got taken back to the depot, 30miles away, and told to either collect after 6 or redeliver Tuesday, no good. Rang wear parts and was told they forgot to schedule it for a Saturday and they can't do anything u til the Tuesday now. My loss of two days earnings didn't matter to them. Disgusting attitude. Will not use again or recommend. Poor customer relations and attitude.
