This is an awful place. I ordered a chair in the first week of September and I am still chasing a refund for the damaged item i received. I was continually lied to and ignored, initially about the delivery date, whereabouts of the chair and then about who had received messages and who hadn't. I left over 7 voicemails and sent 5 emails, none of which were replied to( this was before I had even received the chair). When I did manage to speak to somebody, they promised to call me back that day and didn't call me back at all. I also noticed that there has been tampering with reviews as when I looked there were at least 10 other reviews similar to mine which subsequently disappeared. I had a review taken off Yell because it obviously didn't agree with the store owners. do not be fooled by the shiny things in this shop and the false promises from staff. The service has been appalling and the staff ignorant. I have no issue with problems but when you are ignored and lied to its just not good enough.
