My last two experience of using the service of John lewis cafe was poor I’ve had soup and bread the last two times and can only describe it as glutenes and poor quality This is very sad as their soups were lovely and I note the table were often left with other customers crockery I feel that the quality of food is no more than vending machine quality and poor
