Absolutely terrible . They have totally taken advantage of me and my desperate situation . They have overcharged me after I scraped together a deposit and they emailed me the balance due. After speaking to John larking himself today , I was sent another email requesting an additional £100 more than what was initially agreed by phone and email. I now will have to request an adjournment of my case , as it cannot go ahead without this transcript . I believe the correct term is " obtaining money through deceit ". I will not be bullied John larking and his disturbing methods of corruption.
